"Thank you SO MUCH for all that you do for TAI community!"

"...My son appreciates his teachers at AI.  He says; "We get class time, but we also get one on one time to make sure we understand the material."  My son feels the teachers are committed to his success. During the rare times my son is home sick, it is great to know that he isn't going to have trouble catching up.

Academic Institute was on the list our educational consultant provided.  Most of the schools fees were more than I could afford, I also didn't see anything about their program that would assure me they would have a better fit, than Bellevue Schools.

I put my son into a home-school program, arranged to have AI, do the majority of the homeschooling, and him in two electives at a Bellevue School.  He has earned two athletic letters, is taking some great electives he enjoys, went to homecoming and has been invited to Tolo.  The future is looking brighter than we would have thought possible. I am working to have my son take a few classes through Running Start next year, which I believe will have him well prepared for college, especially because I know that his AI teachers will be there helping him when he has questions."

"We appreciate your amazing caring staff that tunes into making learning fun for Mitch"
When Mitch attended BHS, it was extremely challenging, especially if he was ill for more than a day or two. Mitch didn't attend a relative's funeral back then, because he couldn't miss a day of school.
We appreciate your amazing caring staff that tunes into making learning fun for Mitch.  We also appreciate your working Mitch's schedule around the classes he is taking at public school, and all your efforts to allow Mitch's schedule to accommodate his lacrosse schedule.  We just got the word that Mitch will be able to play on the team he has hoped to play on. The at school study hall works great too.  Rather than guess, it is awesome that he can study at school, and ask questions when necessary. This is a good, good week for us. Thank you for all!

"All of this would have never been possible without your help"
"I was just telling a friend of mine who's mother is a special ed teacher about [my son] Tristan. They were moved to tears to hear such an amazing inspirational story of a student overcoming their disabilities. His work is amazing. He is applying for an internship to shoot with professional photo journalists, in the meantime he has been photo assisting. Most recently he went to Portland to photo assist with a photographer shooting for Adidas. He is also working to save money to go to Nepal to shoot there. He is very interested in shooting photos of people to tell their stories.

[My other son] Evan is doing well. He went to Expressions for a year and then went to Los Angeles. He is record producing for many rap musicians and is working towards that next "hit". Very Hollywood! Spends his days and nights working, and working. He is living his dream! All of this would never been possible without your help"

"An incredible school"

"...My daughter is a very good student and was unable to do well in her high school math classes. Fortunately for us, we were advised that there was a great school in Bellevue called the Academic Institute. This school had excellent teachers with very small class sizes who were focused on insuring that their students were successful learning the required subject matter. In addition to the small classes, the teachers are also available to meet with their students individually. Given this approach, my daughter has really excelled in math at AI and has also obtained the added benefit of achieving good math grades too!"

"Fantastic!!!"

"...Moving our son to The Academic Institute was the best decision we ever made.  He had the individual attention he so badly needed and couldn’t get in the large classes at his public school.  Not only did he bring his GPA above a 3.1 he was accepted to 8 of the 10 colleges he applied to. One of them being his first choice!

The Academic Institute changed everything for our son and gave him options after high school he would not likely have had."
